About Free Fire Settings

Free Fire settings are options that allow you to personalize your gaming experience. You will find their graphics settings, sensitivity settings, basic settings, control settings, and many more, which you can set up according to your gaming skills and your device specifications.

Free Fire settings are important because every player has their own experience with the game, and everyone wants a different experience based on their specific needs. For example, when you open the game, you will hear the default music of Free Fire. Many players enjoy it, but some players do not like it so they can turn off the music in the settings.

Below, we have mentioned all of the Free Fire settings. Learn about them and implement them as you want.

Basic Settings

Free Fire basic settings are located under Free Fire Settings. That will contain:

  • Account Status: In front of this, you will see your in-game name and the icon of your logged-in platform. If you log in to Free Fire through Facebook, you will see there the Facebook icon.
  • Account Login History: This setting is located in basic settings. When you click on the “Login History” option, it will show you all of the devices where your account is logged in. This is useful because it notifies you about who is using your account.
  • Account Language: This is another basic setting where you can set the account language. Note that it only contains some of the top languages, as shown in the image below.
  • Settings Sync: This is also a basic setting where you can download your current settings to avoid losing them. Additionally, you will find an option to upload settings.
  • Browser: This option allows you to clear the cache of the game.
  • Report Network Issue: You can report in-game network issues such as high ping, login issues, matchmaking problems, and more. They will resolve the issues as soon as possible.
  • Deleted Account: You will find this option in basic settings. You can delete your account through this option.
  • Log Out: This option helps you log out. If you want to log in to another account, you can use this option.

Sensitivity Settings

Free Fire sensitivity settings help you adjust the game screen movement, scopes when you open them, the red dot, and more. Below, we have shared the recommended sensitivity settings:

  • General: 90 – 100
  • Red Dot: 80 – 90
  • 2x Scope: 70 – 80
  • 4x Scope: 60 – 70
  • Sniper Scope: 50 – 60
  • Free Look: 50 – 70

Reset Option: If you are not comfortable with the settings, you can reset the sensitivity settings using the reset option.

Control Settings

If you can control the game, you can do anything you want in it. Free Fire control settings are crucial and consist of seven sections, as outlined below:

  • Shooting: This section contains aim precision, hold the fire button, and sniper button settings.  
  • Assistance: In this section, you can set the quick reload, quick weapon switch, Free look, and many more settings. 
  • Throwables: You can set up the grenade slots, turn on and off the glow-wall smart throw, and you can also turn on and off the permanent Glow Wall button. 
  • Movement: You can set the movement settings here, such as running style, and vehicle movement controls.
  • Notifications: Set up how the elimination notification in-game should appear and more in the notification section. 
  • Visual: You can set the visual look and feel of crosshair type, damage indicator, visual effects, Hitmarker, teammate info, and teammate nickname. 
  • Custom Hud (A big & Important section): This is a place used by most of the players as compared to other settings, here you set the size of the firing, jumping, running, sitting, grenades, and many more buttons. This allows you to keep the opacity and size of all in-game buttons as you want. 

Vehicle Settings

Indeed vehicles are important to use in games as they help you to survive, but if you don’t know about its settings, then you are missing a big thing. 

Two-handed: This contains right/left buttons, and forward/reverse buttons, you can also customize the locations of these buttons.  

One-handed: it just looks like the steering wheel of the car, which you can use one-handedly. 

Note: You can only select one option out of the two: two-handed or one-handed.

Auto Pickup

In Auto pickup settings, you can turn auto pickup on or off for all items, such as ammo (you can also turn specific ammo types on or off), weapons, armor & backpack, attachments, med kits, grenades, special equipment, and event items.

In Graphics, there are three options:

  • Smooth: Low graphics and better for low-end devices.
  • Standard: Better graphics than the Smooth option, good for 4 GB mobiles.
  • Ultra: High-quality graphics and good for high-end devices.

This was the first section, Graphics, which we discussed. The second section in Display settings is Minimap, where you can turn on and off the auto scale, map look and feel, and many more things.

Sound Settings

  • Game Audio: This contains a set of sounds such as in-game music, sound effects, the sound effect when you eliminate someone, and the sound of an auto-quick message. You can increase and decrease the volume of all of these sounds in the game audio section.
  • Voice Chat: Voice chat means when you talk with someone in the match, you can also set up its volume.

Vibration Settings

Vibration might be frustrating for some players. They can set the vibration for sound, visualization, player interaction, weapon, vehicle, out-of-match, and many more vibrations.

If you want to turn on the optimization option, you should be connected to both Wi-Fi and your cellular data. This will give you a high-quality network in games.
